AMXPress is a mortgage broker who uses information from hopeful applications to analyze whether they qualify for loan programs with our investors. We are not a bank and do not service any of our loans. We gather your personal information to check your creditworthiness and comply with the applicablee laws. The information provided is private. Our privacy policy, as well as terms and conditions, are outlined on our website. We comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). - The applicant provides inaccurate or forged information.
- The applicant fails to follow the instructions as outlined.
- The applicant hires another mortgage lender for the same services.
- The applicant submits misleading information to obtain a mortgage.
Our Agreements
Sale or Bankruptcy
If we reorganize or sell all or a portion of our assets, undergo a merger, or are acquired by another entity, we may transfer your information to the successor entity. If we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, your information would be an asset transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and that the transferee may decline honor commitments we made in this Privacy Policy.
Waiver of Jury Trial
AMXPRESS ALONG WITH ANY USER AND MEMBER HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY AND ALL RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY LEGAL PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED HEREBY.
Governing Jurisdiction
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to any principals of conflicts of law. You agree that any action at law or in equity that arises out of or relates to this website or these Terms & Conditions of Use will be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Estero, Florida, and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts to litigate any such action.
